Audiology services

When you visit our clinic, the fees we charge will vary based on whether you are a Private client, a member of the Department of Veteran Affairs, or eligible for the Australian Government Hearing Services Program (HSP).

If you are a DVA or Australian Government Pension card holder, you may be entitled to fully subsidised appointment costs and hearing aids. Please speak to us if you think this applies to you. Fully subsidised appointments are only available in-clinic.

Home service appointments are billed at our standard rate + $70 call out fee.

Private clients are billed per appointment or can opt to pay for an Aftercare Plan. For more information on Aftercare Plans, please see our "Aftercare Plans" page.

Hearing Assessments

For medical evaluations or for individuals exploring the possibility of hearing aids.
When required, medical reports are provided at all our hearing assessments at no additional cost.

Hearing Aid Care: Repairs and Aftercare Support

For clients who currently use hearing aids and require on-going management support. *AP

Ear Wax Removal / Ear Infection Treatment

Performed at your home or our clinic for the same price. *AP
A medical referral is not required but can be supplied if required for treating doctors.

Free Hearing Checkup and Device Discussions

For clients uncertain about their need for hearing aids / simply wish to have a friendly chat about their hearing.
We will evaluate your hearing, and if requested, explore hearing aid options. Rest assured, you will not receive any marketing calls following these appointments.

Yearly Review Appointments

Following industry guidelines, we highly recommend people using hearing aids utilise this service at least once a year to ensure optimal performance of hearing aids. *AP

Hearing Aid Parts

For clients who require parts / supplies for on-going hearing aid use. *AP

Parts and supplies can be provided through either booking an appointment at our clinic, posting to you (postage and processing fee applies). Alternatively, supplies can be topped up during home visit appointments.

We stock supplies for most major hearing aid manufacturers, not just our own, including:

Ear mould replacements
Hearing aid batteries
Retention locks
Ear domes
Hearing aid filters
Hearing aid receivers/speakers
Drying caps
