All home-visit appointments will occur a 25% surcharge on our standard billing rates. However, we do no charge for any home-visits or in-clinic appointments if the following applies for Private Client

•  Clients are under an Aftercare Plan

•  Clients have purchased hearing aids from us within 4 months

•  Clients have hearing aids from us on a trial basic (in-clinic bookings only)

If you are a DVA or Pension Card Holder, you may be entitled to fully subsidised appointment costs and hearing aids. Please speak to us if you think this applies to you. Fully subsidised appointments are only available for in-clinic bookings.

Hearing Assessments

For individuals aware of a hearing loss and ready for full testing.

When requested at appointments, a medical report can be provided for all hearing assessments at no additional cost. If this is required for a previously completed assessment, a fee of $35 applies.

Hearing Aid Aftercare and Support

For individuals who use hearing aids already and require on-going support and maintenance. These appointments apply whether you have never been seen by us before or are an exsisting client.

Ear Wax Removal Service

A medical referral is not required for wax removal. If a follow-up removal appointment is required to removal all wax, no further charges apply. If a medical report is required at a wax removals, a $35 fee applies.

Free Hearing Checkup and Device Discussions

For individuals uncertain about their need for hearing aids or who simply wish to have a friendly chat about their hearing. During these appointments, we will evaluate your hearing, and if applicable, explore hearing aid options. We can also clarify funding options available to you. Rest assured, you will not receive any marketing calls following these appointments.

Yearly Review Appointments

For individuals already using hearing aids who require yearly monitoring of hearing and hearing aid  maintenance and care.

Hearing Aid Parts, Supplies and Warranty Repairs

For individuals who require supplies for their hearing aids - this can be provided through either booking an appointment at our clinic (no charge) or posting it out to you. $18 postage and processing fee applies. There is no charge for hearing aid supplies for clients under an Aftercare Plan.
