Born in Perth and raised in the rural South Island of New Zealand, Jason moved to the Great Southern region two years ago to return to his country roots. He completed his postgraduate studies in Clinical Audiology at the University of Western Australia and holds undergraduate degrees in Medicine, Population Health, and Commercial Aviation. 

Coming from a family background of psychologists, he is well versed in counselling techniques, with 8 years experience in hearing rehabilitation. Jason's approach to hearing care is straightforward - provide a professional, personalised and ethical experience for all his clients.

With 14 years of extensive experience in customer service under her training and development manager role, Clair brings a wealth of knowledge in client relations, administrative support, and operational efficiency to our audiology practice. Having collaborated with U.S. companies in management positions, she facilitates seamless communication between clients and our team. Her primary focus is on delivering exceptional service and supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of our business, ensuring that every client receives the dedicated care.
