27 May 2026 - Participants wanted for hearing aid research

• We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to participate in a trial for a new series of state-of-the-art hearing aids. Please note, this is not a sales initiative - there are absolutely no purchasing obligations involved. The purpose of this trial is strictly for internal research. We aim to gather insights from participants regarding their listening experience and the effectiveness of these innovative devices we are considering incorporating into our portfolio.

• Eligibility requirements include being a current user of hearing aids for over 2 years, with a commitment to wearing the trial devices for at least 8 hours daily. The devices would be provided to you at no cost for a period of 6 weeks.
  

6 May 2026 - Widex hearing aids are now available!

18 March 2026 - 4 day closure & Holy week open hours

• SHE will be open over the Holy Week - we are open on Good Friday, per our normal hours. However, we will be closed for 4 days from Thursday 9th April until Monday 13th.
  

15 Jan 2026 - Our Albany clinic will soon be open on Thursdays!

• We are excited to announce the extension of operating days in Albany. From March 2026, you will be able to seen in Albany on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday every week :)

20 Nov 2025 - MoM growth exceeding expectations - thank you Albany! 

• Opening in October of this year, we have witnessed extraordinary demand for our services within Albany township. Because of this, extended opening days will be likely in Q1 2026. 

20 Nov 2025 - Christmas operating hours 

• We are open and operating as normal until the 24th December. We will be closed for the Christmas break, returning to normal operating hours on Tuesday 6th January 2026.  Please ensure you have everything you need for your hearing aids before the break, as we will be away and unable to service clients.
  

17 Nov 2025 - Volunteers for microsuction training 

• Southern Hearing Excellence is seeking volunteers to participate in our upcoming microsuction wax removal training, specifically designed for nurse practitioners and general practitioners. This informative training session is scheduled to occur on the 12th of December, 2025, in Denmark. If you are interested in having your ears professionally cleaned of wax while enjoying a complimentary lunch, we encourage you to get in touch with us.
