Hearing aid funding options

Funding a hearing aid purchase will depend on your individual situation. Before you make your purchase, we will guide you through the process and let you know if are entitled to any funding. As we are a provider for the Australian Government Hearing Services Program, some clients may qualify for fully subsidised options.

Pensioners and DVA Veterans

If you hold a Pensioner Concession Card or DVA Veterans Card, you may be entitled up to fully subsidised options through the Hearing Services Program. Should this apply to you, let us know. We will explain what entitlements may apply to you.

Self-funded retirees

Payment options for self-funded retirees include self-funding and private health insurance. If your insurance has gold cover or you have hearing on your policy, you most likely will be entitled to a rebate on your devices. We work with all the major health funds, including HBF, HCF, Medibank and Defence Health. 

Split payment plans 50-50

We provide split payment plans upon request. This option is accessible to all our clients, allowing you to pay 50% of the device cost at your fitting with the remaining balance due in 60 days, with no additional fees added.

For booking cancellations, we require a minimum of 12 hours notice.
