When you visit our clinic, the fees we charge will vary based on whether you are a private client or eligible for the Australian Government Hearing Services Program (HSP). Our prices below apply to private clients only.
If you hold a DVA or Australian Government Commonwealth Pension card, you may be eligible for subsidised costs. Unlike our competitors, we do not charge our HSP clients a yearly maintenance fee, meaning with us, services are completely subsidised.
Microsuction / Wax Rem ov al
A doctor's referral is not required to perform this service. Microsuctions always billed privately and are not covered by the Hearing Services Program. If a second appointment is required, no further charges will apply.
Hearing Assessments
If you are unsure which hearing assessment you need, please feel free to reach out to us. When required, medical reports are always provided at no extra cost.
Hearing Aid Repairs & Aftercare Support
If your hearing aids are not working, please book our basic hearing aid maintenance appointment. If your hearing aids are working, but you are having difficulties with the volume, pitch or speech clarity, please book hearing aid maintenance with sound adjustments.
Free Appointments
For clients who are uncertain about whether they need hearing aids or simply wish to have a friendly chat about their hearing health, we provide free, complimentary (in-clinic only) consultations to assess your needs. This includes a hearing test as well.
