Director and Principal Audiologist 

Born in Perth and raised in the rural South Island of New Zealand, Jason moved to the Great Southern region two years ago to return to his country roots. He completed his postgraduate studies in Clinical Audiology at the University of Western Australia and holds undergraduate degrees in Medicine and Population Health. Coming from a family background of psychologists, he is well versed in counselling techniques, with more than 7 years experience in Adult Hearing Rehabilitation.

Jason's approach to hearing care is to provide a more personalised, ethical experience for his clients. Throughout his career, he has come to understand that the quality and reliability of hearing aids can significantly impact the user's overall experience. Because of this, he has made the choice to collaborate with only with the world's most reputable manufacturers. With nearly 10 years of experience under his belt, longer appointments, and only working with the best, clients can expect greater attention to their hearing needs and a more enjoyable experience with hearing aids.

With 14 years of extensive experience in customer service under her training and development manager role, Clair brings a wealth of knowledge in client relations, administrative support, and operational efficiency to our audiology practice. Having collaborated with U.S. companies in management positions, she facilitates seamless communication between clients and our team. Her primary focus is on delivering exceptional service and supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of our business, ensuring that every client receives the dedicated care.
