Jason Currie

Director and Principal Audiologist

Born in Perth and raised in the rural South Island of New Zealand, Jason moved to the Great Southern region two years ago to return to his country roots. He completed his postgraduate studies in Clinical Audiology at the University of Western Australia and holds undergraduate degrees in Medicine and Population Health. Coming from a family background of psychologists, he is well versed in counselling techniques, with more than 7 years experience in Adult Hearing Rehabilitation.

Jason's approach to his clinic is to provide a more personalised experience, along with excellent aftercare support. Throughout his career, he has come to understand that the quality and reliability of hearing aids can significantly impact the user's overall experience. In contrast to multidisciplinary healthcare providers who cleverly market outdated technology, he has made the choice to collaborate with only with the world's most reputable manufacturers on current technology. By providing longer appointments and only working with the best companies, clients can expect great attention to their needs and a more enjoyable experience with hearing aids.
