At Southern Hearing Excellence, our approach to hearing aids is kept simple - provide reasonably priced, quality-branded hearing aids, with a more personalised experience compared to other clinics. Once fitted, we provide excellent follow-up care and continual support of your hearing needs.

Funding for hearing aids is available for eligible Hearing Services Program (HSP) clients. HSP funding provides fully subsidised devices. If you are unsure if you are eligible for HSP funding, please speak to us.

Depending on specific policies, certain health funds may also cover a portion of the cost of hearing aids.

Hearing aid prices

Our Hearing aids are sold as pairs. When warranted, single hearing aids can be sold.
We do not charge more for different styles of hearing aids, including invisible-in-the-ear hearing aids.

Trial periods of 21 days

Return policy of 6 weeks

After your trial is over, you still have 3 weeks to return devices for a full refund. Devices must be returned undamaged to receive a full refund.

3 year manufacturer warranty

In case of fault or break down, hearing aids are fully covered for 3 years from the date of purchase. Excludes physical damage caused to devices by users.
