We understand that visiting our clinic isn’t always convenient, which is why we offer a professional home visit service for all your audiology needs. Whether you’re at home or an aged-care facility, we can come to you. Our audiologist can perform all the same audiological procedures we perform at our clinic. This service is great for those who have transportation issues, or require family to bring them to town, saving you the logistical hassles.
*For those under a Aftercare Plan, there are no charges for appointments performed at your home.

Home visits occur a 25% surcharge on our standard billing rates, except for wax removal appointments.
All home visits are billed privately.
For DVA/HSP clients who require home visits, we can still provide this service for our standard rate (private billing).
What happens during home visits
Once your appointment has been booked, we will call you to confirm your appointment and answer any questions you may have regarding the appointment.
We can access nearly all property types. With a 4WD vehicle, we can even attend remote houses and farm properties.
For new hearing assessments, we suggest that you have a family member, friend, or carer present. Their presence can provide us with insight into your hearing needs.
We will ensure your home is suitable for testing procedures prior to our visit. We use specialised testing equiptment that allows for accurate hearing tests during home visits.

Denmark clinic: THUR, FRI 9am - 4pm
Home visits hours of service:
SAT 9am - 2pm
For booking cancellations, we require a minimum of 12 hours notice.
