We understand that visiting our clinic isn’t always convenient, which is why we offer a professional home visit for all your audiology needs. Whether you’re at home or an aged-care facility, we can come to you. Our audiologist can perform all the same audiological procedures we perform at our clinic. This service is great for those who have transportation issues, or require family to bring them to town, saving you the logistical hassles.

Home visit terms of service:
Home visit appointments are charged at our standard fees + $70 (except for wax removal appointments) (min call out $100)
All home visits are billed privately and cannot be covered for under the Hearing Services Program (HSP).
For HSP/DVA clients who require home visit service, we can still provide this, however, please speak to us prior to booking. Your billing will be performed differently to ensure compliance with HSP regulations.
We reserve the right to determine the suitability of specific homes and aged care facilities for the delivery of services. Certain residences may not meet the necessary criteria for testing due to reasons related to hygiene, safety, or excessive noise floors. In such cases, we will always provide in-clinic appointments as an alternative option.
What happens during home visits
Once your appointment has been booked, we will call you to confirm your appointment and answer any questions you may have regarding the appointment.
We can access nearly all property types. With a 4WD vehicle, we can even attend remote houses and farm properties.
For new hearing assessments, we suggest that you have a family member, friend, or carer present. Their presence can provide us with insight into your hearing needs.
We will ensure your home is suitable for testing procedures prior to our visit. We use specialised testing equiptment that allows for accurate hearing tests during home visits.

Choose the type of appointment required to enter our live booking system. After your booking is completed, you will receive a confirmation call from our team within 5 working hours. If preferred, appointments can also be made over the phone on 040 932 3259.
Clinic hours of service:
Albany clinic: TUE, WED 9am - 4:30pm
Denmark clinic: THUR, FRI 9am - 4:30pm
Home visits are available on Saturdays
For booking cancellations, we require a minimum of 12 hours notice.
