We know visiting our clinic can be inconvenient, which is why we offer professional home visits for your audiology needs. Whether at home or an aged-care facility, our audiologist can perform the same procedures as in the clinic. This service is ideal for those with transportation issues, saving you logistical hassles. Please find below additional details about our coverage area. We service an extensive region, extending from Kalgan all the way to Scotsdale.
For Pensioners eligible for funding through the Hearing Services Program (HSP), we are excited to announce that we can now provide home visit services billed through the program. Please note that a supplementary call-out feestill applies.
Home visit services are available every Saturday or Thurdsday from 9:00am to 2:30pm. Please call us if you require a visit.

For Private clients, please refer to the prices detailed below.
For HSP clients, only a call out fee is charged. This is $75 for short to medium length appointments and $150 for all new hearing assessments, hearing aid fittings and yearly reviews.
Please note, if you currently use hearing aids and haven't been seen by us before,you are required to book "new client assessment". For HSP clients, our call out fee for this is $150.
*Microsuction ear wax removal is not covered by HSP and is only available through private billing.

Once your appointment has been booked, we will call you to confirm your appointment and answer any questions you may have.
We can access nearly all property types. With a 4WD vehicle, we can even attend remote houses and farm properties.
For new hearing assessments, we suggest that you have a family member, friend, or carer present. Their presence can provide us with insight into your hearing needs.
We will ensure your home is suitable for testing procedures prior to our visit. We use specialised testing equipment that allows for accurate hearing tests during home visits.
Home visit terms of service:
For all home visit appointments that necessitate hearing testing, we ask that you provide a moderately-quiet environment. If your home is located on a busy road or if there are any ongoing roadworks outside, please inform us when scheduling your appointment.
We reserve the right to refuse delivery of services at homes that do not meet our criteria in relation to work safety or excessive noise. In such cases, we will always provide in-clinic appointments as an alternative option.
