Clinic locations

On weekdays, our Albany and Denmark clinics operate by appointment bookings only.

Our Albany clinic offers a walk-in service on Saturday morning*

• Free off-street parking is available at our Albany clinic.

• Both our clinics have toilet facilities.

• We welcome bookings via phone from Tuesday to Saturday during our business hours. 

• Bookings can also be made made online through our booking system. When booked online, you will receive a confirmation call back within 4 working hours. Please note that we cannot take bookings via email.

*Our Saturday walk-in service is for clients who have visited our clinic before needing hearing aid maintenance and support only. Please note, hearing assessments and review appointments are unavailable on Saturdays. No appointment is necessary on this day, but please be prepared for potential waits. 

*If you currently use hearing aids and would like to receive services from our clinic for the first time, please book new client assessment. If you are a Private client and you have seen Jason before, we waive this initial fee.

Albany clinic:

Tuesday and Wednesday: 9:00am - 5:00pm

Walk-in service: Saturday 9:30am - 11:30am

Denmark clinic:

6/31 South Coast Hwy, Denmark

Thursday and Friday 9:00am - 4:00pm

Home service: Saturday 9:30am - 2:00pm
