Our clinics operate by appointment bookings only. Free off-street parking is available at our Albany clinic and both our clinics have toilet facilities.

How to be seen by us:

  • We welcome bookings via phone from Tuesday to Saturday during our business hours. 

  • Bookings can also be made through our online booking system. When booked online, you will receive a confirmation call back within 4 working hours. Please note that we cannot take bookings via email.

Albany clinic:
118 Serpentine Road, Albany
Tuesday and Wednesday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
Saturday 9:30am - 12:30pm


Denmark clinic:
6/31 South Coast Hwy, Denmark
Thursday and Friday 9:00am - 3:30pm


Home services: Saturday 9:30am - 2:00pm
Book Your Appointment Online

Choose the type of appointment required to enter our booking system. After your booking is completed, you will receive a confirmation call within 4 working hours. If preferred, appointments can also be made over the phone.

Clinic hours of service:

  • Albany: TUE, WED 9:00am - 5:00pm

  • Albany: SAT 9:30am -12:30pm

  • Denmark: THUR, FRI 9:00am - 3:30pm

Home visits are available on Saturdays

For booking cancellations, we require a minimum of 12 hours notice.
