When required, medical reports are provided at no extra cost for all hearing assessments we offer.

Hearing Aid Repairs & Aftercare Support

If your hearing aids are not working, please book our basic hearing aid maintenance appointment.

If your hearing aids are working, but you are having difficulties with the volume, pitch or speech clarity, please book hearing aid maintenance with sound adjustments. 

If you currently use hearing aids and would like to receive services from our clinic for the first time, please book new client assessment. There are no charges for eligible pensioners. If you are a Private client and you have seen Jason before, we waive this initial fee.

Microsuction Ear Wax / Fungal Removal

• Performed at your home or our clinic for the same price. A doctor's referral is not required to perform this service.

• Microsuction services are always billed privately and are not covered by the Hearing Services Program. 

• We only charge once all wax/fungi is removed. If a second appointment is required, no further charges will apply.

Free Appointments

For clients who are uncertain about whether they need hearing aids or simply wish to have a friendly chat about their hearing health, we provide complimentary (in-clinic only) consultations to assess your needs. Rest assured, you will not receive any marketing calls following these appointments.
