At Southern Hearing Excellence, we offer a selection of ALDs with advanced features for seamless TV streaming. These devices enable direct audio transmission to hearing aids or headphones, enhancing your TV experience. They are ideal for watching television, as they deliver a focused audio source without the signal disruptions. When used in conjunction with hearing aids, users can blend the sound of the TV with ambient noises, adjusting the levels to their personal preference. This allows for clear understanding of TV dialogue while still remaining aware of the environment around you. ALDs can be beneficial for everyone, regardless of hearing ability.

Full funding for ALDs is available for eligible pensioners through the Hearing Services Program (HSP) or Department of Vetran Affairs Affairs (DVA).

Option of home installalation

We offer in-home assistance to help you set up your ALD. When purchased with hearing aids Excellence or Aristo, we provide this service completely free of charge.

Return policy of 30 days

If you are not happy with your ALD, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

2 year warranty period

In case of fault or break down, ALDs are fully covered for 2 years from the date of purchase.
