Free appointments
For anyone uncertain about whether they need hearing aids, or who simply wants a friendly chat about their hearing health, we provide free, complimentary consultations to assess your needs. This includes a hearing test. In-clinic only.

- · Microsuction is always billed privately and is not covered by the Hearing Services Program.

- · If your hearing aids are not working, please book basic hearing aid maintenance. If your hearing aids are working but you are having difficulty with volume, pitch or speech clarity, please book hearing aid maintenance with sound adjustments.
Hearing aids
Hearing aids are priced separately, starting from $1,195 for a pair in the disposable battery version, with rechargeable models starting from $1,595. There is no GST on hearing aid purchases.

For HSP and DVA pensioners we charge a flat callout fee only: $99 for short to medium appointments and $249 for hearing assessments, device fittings and yearly reviews. Private clients, please contact us for pricing.
Home visit servicesAll prices include GST where applicable and are current at the time of publication. For booking cancellations we require a minimum of 12 hours notice. If you are unsure which appointment you need, call us on 0429 561 632 and we will point you in the right direction.
