Hearing Services Program clients
For clients under the Australian Government Hearing Services Program, at times we may be required to share your personal information with the Australian Government Department of Health, Disability and Ageing. This is performed in accordance with Hearing Services Program compliance and regulations.
Information collected through this website
When you submit an enquiry through our contact form, we collect the details you provide, being your name, phone number, and where supplied your email address, preferred clinic and message. This information is used solely to respond to your enquiry and to arrange your appointment.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third party marketers.
Medical reports and referrals
Where you ask us to provide a medical report to your GP or a specialist, we will share the relevant clinical findings with that practitioner at your request. We will not send clinical information to another party without your knowledge.

If you would like to know what information we hold about you, request a correction, or raise a concern about how your information has been handled, please contact us and we will address it directly.
